Scot or not, there's nothing better than feasting and frolicking in honour of Burns Night to mark the end of a long, dull, detoxing January. Falling on Saturday 25 January, the annual celebration of the birth of Scottish bard Robert Burns provides the ideal opportunity to embrace the poetry recitals, the drama and anticipation, the dancing and, of course, the hearty homemade haggis, that make up a traditional Burns Supper. A long way from Burns' Ayr birthplace we might be, but here in Cambridge we're boasting a pretty good line-up of Burns Night celebrations...
